Karen joined the team at Destination Moncton-Dieppe in 2022, bringing with her a longstanding commitment to the business events industry and a strong connection to the Maritimes. With an education in Travel and Tourism, she built a solid foundation in marketing, event logistics, and sales, spending over 15 years developing her expertise in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island before returning to her hometown of Moncton, NB, in 2019.

As Sales Manager at Destination Moncton-Dieppe, Karen is dedicated to driving business events and fostering strategic partnerships. Since attending her first CanSPEP conference, her involvement with the organization has grown through event participation, sponsorships, and valuable connections with fellow members and suppliers, further expanding her industry network.

With her approachable personality and drive for building connections, Karen is committed to showcasing her region’s growth and vibrant offerings, creating meaningful opportunities for success not only in Moncton and Dieppe but across New Brunswick’s business events sector.
